2. What data we collect and why

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address in order to send you news about the project. We use a double opt-in process: your subscription only becomes active after you confirm it through the link we send to your email. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message and, if you choose to send one, an attached file) to answer your request. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Website usage

Like most websites, our server automatically records technical information (such as IP address, browser type and date and time of access) to keep the website secure and working properly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website.

3. Cookies and third-party services

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the website is used, so we can improve it. You can accept, reject or change your cookie preferences at any time through the Edit Cookies link at the bottom of every page.

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
• Contact requests: for the time needed to handle your request and, at most, until the end of the project and the period required for its reporting obligations.
• Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be processed by service providers that support this website (such as hosting and email delivery providers), acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
