VINNY General Assembly: 18 months of commitment to a sustainable viticulture
The VINNY partners gathered in Brussels, Belgium, for the M18 Review, General Assembly Meeting, representing a decisive step in evaluating the Project's trajectory and refining its strategy for a more sustainable viticulture transition.
Hosted by OSM-DAN, the meeting highlighted the Project's technical maturity, showcasing critical milestones in novel biofertilisers extraction, nanoencapsulation, and the engineering of functional agrotextiles. A key highlight was the participation of the European Commission’s Project Officer and Reviewer, who assessed the progress and provided strategic feedback on the work developed.
The partners’ discussion focused on collective impact, with collaborative brainstorming sessions to refine priorities for the months ahead. By merging cutting-edge research with sustainable practices, the consortium reinforced its mission to ensure that the vineyards of tomorrow are both more resilient and productive.
This meeting concluded with a unified vision and renewed energy as VINNY progresses to its next phase prepared to lead the green revolution in the viticulture sector.
