Vinny Project -
VINNY Project participated in Polymers 2026, Composites 2026 and 3bs Materials Tech 2026!
The University of Minho, VINNY Project’s partner and coordinator, showcased the consortium's latest breakthroughs during this International Joint Conference Polymers 2026, Composites 2026 and 3bs Materials Tech 2026 in Lisbon.
The team’s technical contribution featured prominently in two strategic moments: an intervention in the workshop “Safe and Sustainable Bio-based Polymers” and a detailed presentation within the session “Advanced bio-based polymers: processing, scale-up and digitalization, being this last one integrated into the AGRO4AGRI Innovation Workshop.
During the event, VINNY demonstrated how it leverages cutting-edge nano and biotechnology to deliver sustainable agrochemical solutions. Developed under the "Safe and Sustainable by Design" (SSbD) framework, these innovations highlight a clear mission to reduce nutrient and pesticide dependency through biodegradable and eco-friendly delivery systems.
By sharing research and results at this major scientific gathering, the consortium reinforced its commitment to the European Green Deal. This involvement demonstrates how VINNY continues to push the boundaries of science to ensure a more resilient and sustainable future for viticulture.
